Chef Heath Gosselin — former ultramarathoner, full-time sorcerer — started Black Magic Mexican as a food trailer on the Lebanon pedestrian mall. Word spread fast. The queso is legendary. The heathen chicken converts carnivores daily.

Now in a permanent brick-and-mortar location, Black Magic serves the Upper Valley's best plant-based Mexican food, made entirely from scratch. Every sauce, every mock meat, every tortilla bowl — crafted in-house, with love and a little dark magic.
